The commercial real estate sector faces mounting pressure with the recent surge in interest rates. Prices have tumbled by 11% since the Federal Reserve started raising interest rates in March 2022, erasing the gains of the preceding two years.

Yet, relying solely on traditional cash management methods falls short of meeting the demands of today's dynamic landscape. To effectively navigate these challenges, modern organizations must embrace next-gen treasury technology that offers enhanced visibility, scalability, and agility.
